The Innovation Forum "Altreifen-Recyclilng" [Used Tyre Recycling], funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, publishes a large-scale study on market positions and requirements of recyclers and producers of used tyre products on behalf of its partners. In close cooperation with the Chemnitz University of Technology, the feasibility study has created a solid basis for the further development of a sensible, ecological and economical tyre recycling system.
Based on this, the AZuR network is actively involved in further investigations with the support of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Students who participate in the Science Slam will receive access to this study as well as further material. The winners will be announced on 19 May. The best-placed participants will receive prize money.
