Boulevard magazine "BILD" picks up and summarizes in the article from 2019, August 20th, the content from a TV report "Schmutzige Reifen - Ein Milliardengeschäft" ("Dirty Tires - A Billion Dollar Business") that was first broadcast on tv channel ARD.
The TV series "Exclusiv im Ersten", which takes a critical look at social and ecological issues, shows the devastating living and working conditions in rubber production. TV channel WDR had not only been satisfied with this presentation, but also looked deeper into the background by asking responsible authorities. In their search for solutions, the editorial staff found the alternative at the most important retreading company in Germany and Europe, REIFEN HINGHAUS GmbH, who is producing retread tyres for passenger cars, SUV, light trucks and special cars at a high quality level with all certificates and warranties as for new tyres.
