Green Party: Anna Kebschull without doubt about value of retreading

Ecologically valuable and politically worthy of promotion

More urgently needed than ever.

Not only numerous environmental activists worldwide are aware of this, but recognised scientists have been calling for this for decades. No one can turn a blind eye to the scarcity of resources and the pollution of the environment. Just recognising and denouncing this problem alone will not help anyone. Solutions have to be found.

There exists one since a long time in an area of lower saxony. The fact that retreading has been carried out in Dissen since 1953 was not only trend-setting at that time, it has grown into a company that manufactures tyres with the most modern technologies and a high level of quality.

Anna Kebschull from the Green Party [original: "Die Grünen"] visited the retreading company REIFEN HINGHAUS GmbH based in Dissen. All standards of the new tyre industry are fulfilled in this progressive and innovative production of quality tyres. At the time of her visit, the candidate for the seat of the district administrative head of the district of Osnabrück was able to see a successful implementation of precisely those goals with which sustainability has always been pursued in the family-run business. In this company modernity has not only caught up with new tyre production but in many repects outstripped it.

In its issue of 2019, June 15th, the Teuto Express reports on the visit to the district council of Bad Rothenfelde by the spokeswoman of the Green parliamentary group, who acknowledges the energy- and resource-saving processes and the successful implementation of this ecologically valuable process. Where there is still room for improvement in the political arena, there is an urgent need to implement environmental protection and promote the corresponding action.

Update:

We congratulate Anna Kebschull on winning the run-off election and welcome her as our District Administrator with an eye for ecologically valuable action.
